1 to 1 Personalized Training
In person or on line. The 1 to 1 sessions are tailor made following a discussion with each client, to ensure maximum results are achieved.
Group Training
The Group session (Classes), are an ideal way to get motivated and start your journey to a healthier, fitter you.
The high energy helps boost your mood and melts away the daily stress, leaving you recharged.
Assisted Stretching
It helps improve flexibility and range of motion,that will help you move better in the activities you enjoy. The technique used is called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
Massage
The benefits of a Full Body massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation as well as flexibility.

Correct any imbalance regarding strength or posture,following an assessment of mobility (particularly in joints like ankles, hips and shoulders), balance, stability and functional strength. To insure fitness is developed while simultaneously preventing injury/promoting recovery.
